E-Commerce Systems

We can create a complete e-commerce system for almost any type of business or product. E-commerce can include any or all of the following options:

1. Ability for administrator(s) to add/edit/delete information in any of the database tables including products (with product pictures), product categories, multiple price levels, order information, etc.
2. Customers can browse and search for products in the online store.
3. Customers can add products to their shopping cart, process their orders and even reuse their account information when they return to the site for additional purchases.
4. Online Credit card processing
5. Customers can check status of their order including UPS tracking status.
6. Reports can be created for display or downloaded in comma-delimited files.

Single Module Add-Ons

NetProfits has created a suite of add-on modules that can easily be added to a web site to make the site more dynamic and thereby enhance the site's effectiveness and draw more visitors. Most of the modules allow an administrator from your company to add, edit and delete records in a database on the web server at your convenience so that your site's content can be changed regularly. Updating the database is as easy as logging in and filling out a web based form.

Content Management
(News, Events, Newsletters, Press Releases, Project Lists, Customer Testimonials, Business Alliances, etc.)

If you would like to easily add specific content related to your business that changes on a regular basis, the content management module could be exactly what you're looking for. Administrator(s) can add/edit/delete any type of content to a web site by copying text from any word processor and pasting it into a web-based form. A title can be defined that will be displayed in an alphabetical list for users to select and view the complete content. Start and End Dates can also be entered to restrict when various content is available to users. Administrators can also upload actual files (i.e. Word, Excel, Acrobat, etc.) that users can view and/or download. Sample: Arrow News

Contact Management

Contacts can sign-up on your web site and request email notification of specific types of information. Any type of information can be entered and stored for each contact. Administrator(s) can add/edit/delete contacts and can send broadcast emails to specific groups of contacts based on what the contact requests when they sign-up. Calendar

Administrators can view calendars with the ability to easily switch between months and select any date to add/edit/delete events for that date. A short description of the events will be displayed on the calendar and clicking on any event will allow the administrator to edit/delete the event.

Users can then view the calendars and as they move the mouse over an event on a given day, the full event description is displayed below the calendar. A user can also click on an event to display a pop-up window with full event details. See a sample calendar at Children's Center site.

Event Sign-Up / Scheduling

If your businesses sponsors or tracks events, why not allow your attendees/customers to register for events online? The event scheduling module can allow you to receive and track payments, send broadcast emails to attendees, schedule sessions within events, and more. List Management

Allow administrators to create just about any type of list (client list, employee list, web site links, etc.) with the ability to view information in various sorting orders and search for specific information. Sample site: Effective Parenting links

Support Tracking

We have developed a support tracking system that allows users to enter information on a support request form and the system tracks the support request through various stages with email notifications sent to specific individuals when a request's status changes.

Presentations

We can publish complete PowerPoint presentations in a web based format for general access or access through a secure login only for employees or customers.

Zip Code Processing

We have access to the complete list of US zip codes with extensive data. We can provide multiple functions based on this data such as calculating distances between two zip codes, returning lists of zip codes within a given mile radius of another zip code, returning city and state for zip codes, etc. For example, we have designed web sites where visitors can enter their zip code and see a list of available business locations within a certain mileage radius of their location.
