Technology Information Management for Education:

Currently in use by multiple school districts, SERTS enables districts to:

1. Create and track requests for service (work orders) online including equipment setup and repair.
2. Perform inventory control including equipment location, purchase information, funding source tracking and depreciation.
3. Process Purchase Orders including tracking items under special grant numbers and Abbott purchases.
4. Track software applications and licensing being used in the district. Allow staff to search for software titles by selecting a partial title, grade levels, schools and/or subjects.
5. Manage requisitions and track them through an approval process by principals, directors and business administrators. Yearly budgets can be created and maintained. Reports can be generated at any time on the status of requisitions, current budget status by account and more.
