 Goal:
The DA Group sells supplies for retail stores for setting up their
brick-and-mortar shops but they wanted to get their business on the web.
They produced full-color catalogs to mail out to their customers but the
costs of these catalogs and mailings was very high and with inventory
changing constantly, new catalogs needed to be printed several times a year.
They wanted to be able to sell their most popular products online where the
product information could be updated regularly and quickly and color photos
could be included without the high printing costs involved.
Result:
The site went live in the Fall of 1999 and has been used by their
existing customers and new customers. The order and payment process has been
streamlined and The DA Group has been updating the site with product changes
on a regular basis.
